CMM Fixturing system

Our fixture's main part(CMM Plate) can protect CMM's granite worktable, extending working its life.

We can save money for customer by some simple assemble to realize fixing of multi product or complicated product.

Our fixture can realize precision orientation and can repeat any orientation because all parts has a number, customer can note the number and note the fixing method, once needing just re-fixing as the noted, fixing the product to measuring. This will save time especially in quantity parts measuring(process control), mold repairing, CPK, MSA etc, and supply the realiable fixture way to reduce measuring error, this will establish base for the correct measuring data.

1> Main part is CMM plate, the standard style are 300mm*300mm/400*400/500*500/600*600, we can also producing as customer’s special request. The material is advance aviation aluminum, can keep figure for long time. The surface is made by rigidity hard anodize, improving the intensity of wearable.

2>Component parts including: all kinds of shore(pole), adjustable pivot joint, all kinds of clamps, uprightness fixing towers  etc, all these parts can be fixed to the CMM Plate.
